Came across this https://streeteasy.com/building/312-west-23-street-new_york/3a The only reason I can imagine paying that much for a glorified dorm room is to rent it out. Has LL 18 had any effect on condo prices? And is there any evidence of successful enforcement of the law or is it a dead letter?
