Anyone very familiar with this building? I've read about some litigation and I'm not sure if that's been settled. also, it's a Lobby Attendant/ Elevator Operator set-up, which I'm not fond of. Any info if there's been talk of converting so the doorman can stay by the door? I know 151 E 83 recently did that. Thx!
