Horrible management, stay clear of this building

This is the worst apartment I've ever lived in. One month after moving in the apartment was infested with roaches and other pests. They cleaned maybe 3-4 times in a year. All of the laundry units have mold in them. There are many drug addicts on the street towards Nostrand. The front door was rarely ever locked and many things were stolen. During the winter my boiler kept shutting off and every time they would come to "fix" it, they would just bang on it until it turned back on. This was very unsettling. Finally, after more than 5 times of this, I got them to replace a part. My gas bills were $125 in the winter for a 300 sq ft studio. The boiler and windows would leak when it rained. Do not live here.
