Beware: This building (As well as the sister building next door) is non warrantable due to too many investor owned units. This means you won't be able to get a traditional mortgage/financing. Good opportunity and price if you are a cash investor but not good for first time home buyers. Maintenance is very high with no amenities. Unsure if there was an assessment to pay off the fire that recently occurred there
