any idea why the units in this building are much cheaper than in nearby buildings? For example, the Galaxy towers are next to this building, and are like 50%-100% more expensive, even they don't have balconies. Any idea if the sewage plant below releases some beautiful smells? Definitely, if there isn't any hidden problem, then these units are worthy Thanks!
