The rents are low for a reason. The building is doing constant construction right now and the noise has made living here unbearable for the remaining tenants. They have no care or consideration for the tenants who are forced inside due to the pandemic situation and many are leaving in droves. We will be leaving as soon as our lease ends. Avoid this building, it's a hellish situation with the construction noise, and their lack of respect for their tenants.
