Cost of Apthorp Renovation

I love the Apthorp building, certainly one of the top on the UWS. But I am concerned about the cost of replacing landmarked windows, which I have heard cost $20k/window. Any thoughts as to cost replacement per window, or other complications of working on a landmarked building?
