Building management question: Can anybody provide guidance on their board's process for monitoring renovations for compliance with renovation agreement and DOB permits? We recently discovered an illegal renovation that we are having the shareholder fix, but would like to make sure something similar does not happen going forward. Does anyone have an actual process that they can share? E.g., Signoff by either managing agent or superintendent at various stages?
