For anyone who is planning to rent at the Bromley, be aware that as of August 2019 there are no amenities in the building. The whole 2nd floor is closed for possibly 2-4 months. Due to the fire there is no laundry room , no gym, no swimming pool and no party room. The management didn't even commit to a date when the amenities will be available. In addition, the roof deck is closed due to renovations.
