Do Not Rent From This Mgmt Company

I have been a tenant at this building for 3.5 years. We are young professionals, at work 14 hours out of the day and mostly home to relax and sleep. We are constantly harassed by the building's super, Ray. Ray is vulgar, rude, incoherent, and will go out of his way to make your life miserable for no good reason. Mail? Forget about it. Do not bother expecting important packages or other parcels to arrive, they will either be lost, stolen, or hidden until further notice by our lovely super. My advice? DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THE MGMT COMPANY and for God's sake, do not bother living in 611 w 171st Street. This super is a nightmare.
