A liberal coop sublet policy

Anyone know of a coop building on the upper west side that has a liberal sublet policy? Meaning, you can use it as a pied a terre for half the year, and maybe rent out the other half? I work seasonally in Lincoln Center, live in the suburbs and need a crash pad, but not all the time. Thanks in advance.
