Discussion about 34 Gramercy Park East in Gramercy Park

I looked here many years ago and found the building features to be extraordinary. The apartment I saw had four working (gas) fireplaces and a dining room with an intricately carved wooden ceiling in the dining room. It doesn't appear that units here come on the market too often. Does anyone have any useful info on this coop, the board, value etc. Thank you.
