Terrible building

I live in this building right now, and will not be renewing my lease. The soccer field that is outside, is used by the elementary school across the street which happens to be a private all girls school. They come out screaming during recess and whatever other activities they have going on. the unit that I live in, has water leakage, where I spoke to the super (which there is literally no point, he is so useless...might as well not even have a super) and he does nothing about it, then I have to call the building owners, they send the super over, and he has no idea what’s going on or why it’s happening. It’s honestly just one big headache. It also gets really hot that mold starts to appear...gross. I had to throw away a ton of things because mold just grew on everything.....again, nothing happened. To use the call box, it’s an extra fee is what the super told me...I have no idea, I don’t habe guests over so I didn’t set it up. The neighborhood is definitely good for older people, but not so much for college aged students I don’t think. The only good thing is the subway is basically right outside the front door. [less]
