This is almost definitely a scam.
1. Centerpiece is not BBB accredited.
2. Agent didn't give his name until I asked, then only gave a first name, which didn't match name on listing.
3. Sent vague, non-comprehensive email without signature from a gmail account.
4. Radio silence after I said I wouldn't send my bank and tax returns until confirming legitimacy with the office or getting my questions answered.
5. Wouldn't return my phone call.
6. Never met me in person to show apartment. All interaction happened via text even though I requested phone call several times.
