Tenant Paying on a "No Fee" Listing?

Today I told my broker i was attending an open house for a No Fee apartment. I saw an "no fee" apartment listing online ( not a CYOP and was contacted by the agent running the open house I told my broker i had plans to attend. She said she wanted to bring me there as well so we met with the open house broker together. My broker told me that the landlord was indeed paying the fee but only to the listing broker and if i wanted her to secure the apartment Id have to pay the same fee to her. The lease singing is tomorrow and Im not sure how to address this isssue .
