DO NOT LIVE HERE. I rented in this building for two years. Besides the fact that there were countless problems with the apartment (plumbing, lights, MICE), the super is lazy and unhelpful. The worst part about the building though is the management. They are rude, they lie, and they have made every part of moving in AND moving out incredibly difficult and stressful. Don't let the garden fool you, it's not worth it.
