Discussion about 123 East 54th Street in Midtown
Correcting some of the things in the description: This is not a doorman building. No concierge, no fitness center, and no parking. There is street parking on the weekends and after 6 PM on weekends. There is a live-in super and he is great. As far as I know the building is all rentals, not a co-op.
