I highly advise anyone to think twice about renting a unit in this building. The heating system is inadequate at best, and the radiators make an inordinate amount of noise. Rudd Realty is uncooperative and an absolute displeasure to deal with. The trash piles up on the first floor and makes the hallway smell terrible. Several tenants have had problems with vermin, including mice and roaches. Avoid if possible.
