Every building has pros and cons and i've had my share of crapy buildings in Manhattan. I have been living in this building for some time now, and I am continuing to see more and more improvements being done to it. The building staff and management are great and pretty responsive to things that need attention, very respectful. I love the building because of the unique layouts it offers with high ceilings and my sleep loft!
