This building is condemed with a full vacate order by DOB. also on subway corridor so any work will be tied yup for years if structural as MTA will more then likely to be involved. Scary that this Avenue has gone vibrant to vagrant...Hello 8th st, Christopher St revisited! Theland might be worth some coin, not much tho unless buyers had the three or four buildings sell at same time --unlikely.
