Love Love Love this building!

Just moved in a few months ago and love the original concrete floors, gorgeous sunset views and how surprisingly quiet it is for being on 7th Avenue. Really nice to live in a building with only five apartments on each floor; feels very private and exclusive. The other people I've meet who live here seem very friendly. Staff is great and love that they accept packages and deliveries. And four laundry rooms makes the chore of doing laundry a snap. Has made living in Manhattan so much easier. Currently renting but will definitely consider buying in this building = )
