this building has been infested with rodents for over 5 mos. Management has sent exterminators numerous times but without much result. 80% of the occupied units have reported an on going rodent issue since Sept-Oct 2015. The management is now NOT renewing existing tenant's lease so they don't have to deal with tenant complaining. They have also been trying for many many years to kick out a rent stabilized tenant for years. They are terrible landlords and they will disrupt your life in many ways.
