Discussion about Baltic House at 360 Baltic Street in Boerum Hill
Can anyone comment on the prices of these apartments? over price? rightly price? I m interested in buying but find it difficult as friends have told me about the issues the goverment housing down the block can create. Any comments will be greatly appreciated!!
