Unfortunately, the water construction project on 58th street and 2nd Avenue is really negatively impacting the building. There have been many water service interruptions, the noise 24/7 is horrendous, and access from the street is disrupted. Fabulous building staff and great floor plans, but until the water construction work is done? I would have gone elsewhere....
