This cooperative has done something extraordinary . After many years of watching their neighborhood properties appreciate they have acted on and purchased their land for good reasons. Initially a sticker shock but ultimately this building will appreciate and hold greater value than its past years. Maintenances have already been greatly reduced by 20%.
