Don't be fooled. Doormen in this building let ANYONE come in.NOT A SAFE AREA. Garage has a 3 year wait. Nobody really goes top the pool and some summers they don't bother to fill it. I have a friend who is trying to get rid of his place like forever. Wonder why brokers don't tell you this. HMMMMMM
