Hello I'm looking to borrow $3 million on a NYC condo. I am European and have no connection to US. Ie dont live there, no visa, no green card, no social security number. I have a TIN as I have one investment property in NYC already. 50-70% LTV preferred. Any lenders other than HSBC and Barclays I should try? Many thanks
