How happy we are that they are now without electricity, gas and the co-op and the apts are worth NOTHING.
It could not have happened to a more inept, smug, self-important, disfunctional co-op Board,
who think they are so smart.
Blatant discrimation abounds in this building, along with rule-breakers who keep pets, washer-dryers and it appears that they also have residents who were not approved by the Board living in the apts.
The fact that they have "a doorman" who is not there for security,
but instead to spy on residents, by keeping track of their comings and goings as well as making them and any visitors sign-in to a log book, says it all.
Avoid at all costs. Not that anybody would want to buy there, post-hurricane.
