Rentals at 92 Park Avenue South - misleading

Discussion about The Mayfair at 145 4th Avenue in East Village
Don't be misled by the date indicating how long these rentals have been on the market. As of the timing of this post, three of the units (10B, 3B, and one on 5) have been available far longer than indicated (I believe one has been on for at least 90 days). They change the posts every few days so that it is difficult to tell. Obviously, this is simply my point of view, and I may be wrong; but I would at least ask for disclosures.
