Discussion about The Sabrina I at 240 W 98th Street in Upper West Side
I'd like to just point out that the unit 3F was listed as sold at 630,000 yesterday. Today it changed to being listed as sold at 699,000. (There is I don't know what happened but I think they're trying to drive up the price for the 8F unit that is currently selling . If you look at the NY Times it still has 3F listed as sold at $603, 703. BEWARE OF RACHEL REALTY: THEY ENGAGE IN FRAUD
