Discussion about Lifesaver Lofts at 120 Eleventh Avenue in West Chelsea
Saw apartment #2B here yesterday and interested in putting in an offer. The $p/sqft is great, but the real estate taxes seem very high based on others I've seen. I'm guessing it's at least partially baked into the price. Has anyone else seen the building and/or have any thoughts? The sales broker said the board plans to file for an adjustment based on change of use...how likely is that to succeed?
