Anyone familiar with the lower floor units in these buildings? Any thoughts about value? The lower floor B units left at 151 wooster seem like they may go below ask and seem good value / sf with nice finishes - but absurdly bad light and view. 60 Beach has very high maint/tax and lesser finishes but a gym and a decent view from some lower floor units - both buildings have shotgun style bedroom layouts. I suspect 60 Beach may go below ask due to the very high monthly expenses - any thoughts?
