Discussion about 900 West End Avenue in Upper West Side
The apartments in this building are COLD in the winter. Cheap, stingy, money grubbing landlord does not provide much heat. Consequently we have seen a lot of turnover in the last few years. Rent here only if you don't mind spending $5k on your rent and then another $200 to con ed to run the electric heaters you will need to buy.
