Discussion about 88 Charles Street in West Village
the apartments are very small..there is no elevator... no laundry in the building. Can't understand how anyone would want to buy here. The units being sold as one bedrooms are really studios with partitions. How can a one BD go for 400K+ here? Can't justify buying at these prices. Am I missing something or Is it because Sarah J. lives down the block?! LOL
