Look carefully at this property. The owners are SLUMLORDS. Repairs, maintenance and cleaning are not done. At this moment - elevator is again down for a week and nothing done. See 311 complaint board for proof. Owner is absent. Owner comes to building in her limousine to distribute monthly rent checks but is not available to answer phone calls or resolve problems. Weekend problems or maintenance can NEVER be addressed.
