I live in this building and have lived here since it was built. It looks nice, but is very poorly constructed -- I can hear my neighbours walking, talking, etc. Windows are very drafty. Heating is inadequate and landlord is unresponsive. Can't wait till my lease is done. I wouldn't pay $2500/month to live here, let alone $3500/month!
