Discussion about The Gansevoort at 325 West 13th Street in West Village
I would like to get an opinion about this building. There are still 2 units available. Have you seen it? Can you give me please your expertise advise? it is on the block of the school. Good things sell, right? why have these two units not sold as of yet?
