Discussion about The Oakland at 12 Mcguinness Boulevard South in Greenpoint
Has anyone visited this bldg? Looks nice, location is so-so. Prices seem around 600/sf if there was some room for negotiation it could move into a somewhat reasonable range, and maintainace seems low.
