The super in this building is the best around. I've lived in several buildings in Manhattan as owner and lessor. This man knows how to run a building efficiently and treats the residents like people. He hand delivers all packages to you and if you're not home he conveniently leaves them inside. Also, he always has your keys on hand if you lose them or happen to lock yourself out. His wife cleans the doors in the entry way every morning before 7am. They truly treat the building as their own. Better than any doorman I've ever had.
