The Savoy, located on the southeast corner of Third Avenue and 61st Street, was built in 1986. The White Glove Condominium stands 43 stories tall and contains 218 luxury apartments. The Savoy is positioned in a prime area on the Upper East Side near Central Park, the Fifth Avenue shopping district, Equinox, and Le Cirque.

Apartments range from 618 ft² studios to 4,075 ft² five bedrooms. Most apartments feature washer and dryers (if not currently, they are permitted), balconies, large closet spaces and phenomenal views. Bathrooms are finished in marble; some include Jacuzzi tubs and a separate shower stall. Living rooms tend to flow into dining rooms in most floor plans and have considerable wall and window space. Many units have been renovated with newer hardwood floors; some include fireplaces and panoramic views.

Amenities include a 24-hour doorman and concierge service, on-premises dry cleaner, health club open 24 hours a day, masseuse, private party room, children’s play room, landscaped sun-deck, and garage in building. The building does not allow pets or permit smoking. Conveniently located near the 4, 5, 6, N, Q, R, F, M and E subway stations, Columbus Circle and Lincoln Center are just across town.
