As the tallest building above 60th Street on the east side of Manhattan is one of the most iconic and recognizable residential towers on the Upper East Side.

Designed by the late Frank Williams — known for his work on more than 20 Manhattan buildings, including his collaboration with I.M. Pei on the Four Seasons Hotel — the 55-story brick tower rises 634 feet over Third Avenue, cutting an imposing and distinctive figure on the New York skyline with its multiple terraced setbacks, large jutting balconies, and crenelated roofline.
