The building is composed of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units, has a full-time doorman, bike and storage rooms, and the convenience of a laundry room on every floor. The various architectural set-backs on the upper floors provide terraces for many apartments. 2166 Broadway is also pet-friendly and allows renting. Financing is 75%.
