878 West End Avenue is a charming cooperative building situated on the southeast corner of 103rd Street and the tree-lined West End Avenue. Designed by Rosario Candela, New York City’s pre-eminent pre-war architect and built in 1923, 878 West End Avenue displays an Italian Renaissance-palazzo style façade and is surrounded by great light due to its low-rise neighboring brownstones.

878 West End Avenue is just south of Columbia, Barnard, and Bank Street College, in a prime location along the avenue with Riverside Park just one block to the west. While Broadway, with its many restaurants, shopping and services is just one block to the east. For public transportation, the 103rd Street #1 train subway station is conveniently one block to the east, as well as bus lines along Broadway.
