Building: 359 Ft Washington Avenue

359 Fort Washington Avenue was built in 1924 with its sister buildings 353 & 371. Each of the three buildings feature lions head masonry along their rooflines.

359‘s lobby, as well as the hallways on each floor, nearly span the length of the building, bringing in light and open space for residents as they leave and enter.

A founding member of the Hudson Heights Owners Coalition, 359 Fort Washington features a great live-in super, laundry room and a storage room with lockers and bike storage. Additionally 359 is a member of clothing donation program that allows residents to donate clothes without leaving home.
