736 W 186th Street Owners’ Corp. is a 1939 Art Deco building by legendary architect, Samson V. Becker, a graduate of NYC’s Cooper Union School of Architecture. The building consists of 6 stories and 56 units with virtual doorman and Resident Manager. Ground level green space offers a welcome retreat for outdoor play and relaxation – as well as summer BBQ’s. Pied-a-terres are permitted on a case by case basis; the Co-op allows parents buying for children, co-purchasing and gifting.
