34 West 76th Street holds a special place for you Hollywood History trivia buffs: the stoop of this brownstone cooperative is where John Travolta sat in “Saturday Night Fever” in a key scene from the famous ‘70s disco-era flick. This turn-of-the-century building, constructed in 1900, resides on a pristine, tree-lined street in a Historic Landmark District that showcases classic architecture in every direction. The location is virtually unmatched on the Upper West Side: you’re just a stone’s throw from the American Museum of Natural History and Hayden Planetarium, The New York Historical Society, Central Park (CPW is just down the block), and a plethora of restaurants and shops on both Amsterdam and Columbus Avenues.

Like many on the block, this building has an upper level where mailboxes are located and lower level which houses the laundry facilities. There are two duplexes accessible under the stoop with the balance of the units accessible from the main entrance in single floor, duplex, and triplex configurations (in studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom combinations).
