The Kelmscott, at 316 West 79th Street between Riverside Drive and West End Avenue, is a twelve-story prewar cooperative with 25 residences. The landmarked building was designed by Schwartz and Gross, whose numerous apartment houses helped shape the face of the Upper West Side. Built in 1910, this Renaissance Revival style building is identical to the Hereford located at 310 West 79th Street.
