Discussion about The Columbia at 275 West 96th Street in Upper West Side
Has anyone compared the columbia Condo with the Ariel next door. It seems that the Ariel is overpriced compared to the current listings in the Columbia. Should I stretch and spend the same amount of money on a smaller 2/ BR in the Ariel?
