22 Feb 2007 Washers and dryers at this property are presently supplied under a contract by Coinmach. As of today, three washers and three dryers at the property are presently all out-of-service. Coinmach as well as BLDG Management Co (152 East 84th St management company) have been notified of chronic washer / dryer maintenance issues occurring at this property since Nov 2006.
