Discussion about Court Street Lofts at 505 Court Street in Carroll Gardens
Does anyone know if these condos are being sold anywhere near the listed prices? There seems to be a lot of units available, I can't tell if that's because they're unwilling to meet lower offers or if the place just sorta sucks.
